Troubleshooting:

Should you have any problems with your device, please consult the table
below and action the suggested solutions provided, in accordance with the
instructions in this booklet.
Symptom
No Power
Little or No Mist
Unit is leaking
water

Possible cause

Solution
Use the cable provided to connect
your device to a USB port. Press
the Power/Light Button.
Connect the scent hub to a
different USB Port
Refill the Water Tank
Disconnect the device from the
USB Port and carefully pour out
water until the level is at or below
the Max Fill Level
Clean the Water Tank and
Ceramic Disc
Ensure the Top Cover is correctly
placed on top of the base unit
Disconnect your scent hub from
the USB Port. Carefully check the
Air Inlet, cleaning if necessary to
remove any obstruction
Ensure the Top Cover is correctly
placed on top of the base unit
