The Legal and/or special
warranty will not cover:
Defects caused by improper use

such as lack of lubrication (lack
of oil), addition of mixtures to
gasoline or oil, excess sump oil,
broken spindle, loss of parts,
broken parts, dented parts, or due
to careless transportation, storage,
normal preventive maintenance
service such as: motor and
actuation device adjustment.
Parts such as spark plugs,

lubricants, joints in general,
broken or bent crankshaft, fuel
filter, air filter and retainers
are not covered by from this
warranty.
Damages due to accidents,

misuse, negligence, ignorance or
nonobservance of the instructions
contained in this guide. Also, the
warranty does not apply if there
are signs of product having been
repaired, replaced or disassembled
by personnel not authorized by
Metalúrgica Trapp Ltda., if the
product has been exposed to
humidity, weather, saline air etc.,
or if parts have naturally worn.

and call TRAPP's Authorized
Service Centers.
