• Biological danger, danger of infections from epidemic diseases.
• General danger sign.
After every working day clean the system by aspirating Puli-Jet, diluted in hot water (50 °C)
according to instructions. Aspirate the solution by means of Pulse Cleaner, which will
add the necessary turbulence to the detergent effect of Puli-Jet, to optimise the cleaning
(see side illustration).
Use of products different from those rec-
ommended by the manufacturer can jeop-
ardise the functioning of the membrane
(Fig. 3, det. C) and cause damages.
Clean filters on tip support and/or on
valve (Fig. 2, det. A).
Technical inspections should be made quar-
terly by an expert authorized by Cattani
S.p.A. and in possession of original replace-
ment parts.
Before operating on the valve check the
exploded drawing (fig. 5). Check the inside
of the valve for cleaning (inspect channel,
part D, fig. 4) and if necessary remind the
clinic personnel to use Puli-Jet and Pulse
Cleaner.
By energizing the solenoid valve it is possi-
ble to control the movement of the magnet,
the membrane and the relays involved.
Replace any misshapen membrane.

Transport and storage

• Packed equipment can be transported and stored at a temperature range of
- 10 °C + 60 °C.
• Packages must be kept away from water and splashing and cannot tolerate
humidity >70%.
