• Target distance: 3.5 miles (6 km)
• Calorie consumption: 3,000 calories

To set the time, push the reset button at 12 noon. This will set the time to 12 noon.

Activating sleep mode

Wear the wristband when you go to bed and activate sleep mode as follows:

1. In sleep mode, press and hold the menu button for approx. two seconds.
The message "Sleep?" will appear on the display.
