Kebbés are a Lebanese speciality. They are small meatballs.
The method of operation is the same as for mincing meat and making sausages. Refer to the
previous section, "Using the Meat Mincer".

LOOKING AFTER AND CLEANING YOUR MACHINE
Always unplug the machine before cleaning it.

Wash the accessories, the plate and the mincer head with soapy water. Rinse them in
clean water and dry them carefully.

Wipe the motor unit with a slightly damp cloth and then dry it carefully. Never immerse
this part in water or any other liquid.

Do not use abrasive detergent products for cleaning.
