2. Opening the TV set
Pull out the mains plug!
Remove the connecting leads from the TV set.
Remove the short connecting cable between the tuner connections (see page 53/ 55, fi g. 16/ 20,
arrow "b" for example) .
Loosen and remove the screws marked by arrows in the appropriate sketch according to the TV set
model.
In some TV sets there are cables from the inside of the rear panel to the chassis, see page 56, fi g. 21.
Remove the rear panel carefully to the back after removing the screws.
Pull the appropriate rear panel cables from the plugs on the chassis if available.
(Proceed in the reverse order to replace the rear panel.)

The upper screws in the rear panel (arrows A) are underneath a small cover.
Lift up the small cover.

The cover is held in place by magnetic force.
If your unit was produced before the utilisation of the cover, then the latter will not be present.
