BEFORE FIRST USAGE
1.
All parts should be thoroughly cleaned before being used for the
first time. (See Part Cleaning)
2. Take out the required length of cable from the cable storage and
connect the device to the mains power supply.
TRIAL USE
1.
Turn the speed control switch (Fig. 1, No. 8) at "0" and press the
swiveling arm lever knob (Fig. 1, No. 5) to tilt the swiveling arm (Fig.
1, No. 6) up.
2. Put the mixing bowl onto the bowl base plate and lock it as the ar-
rowhead denotes firmly.
3. Press the lever knob to move the swiveling arm down. Make sure
the arm is fixed together with the upper housing and the lever knob
turns to the left to lock it firmly.
4. Now turn on the speed control switch to test every function for a
few seconds respectively. Below are recommended functions and
speed settings used according to different applications
•
Kneading hook at Speed Settings 1,2,3 should be used to make hea-
vy dough for bred, short pastry or pasta.
•
Mixing blade mixes ingredients in a wide range from medium to hea-
vy dough such as cake mixture to light dough like Crêpes-or custard
at different Settings 4,5,6,7,8.
•
Use egg whisk to make cream or egg whites or pudding at higher
Settings 7 and 8.
•
For short, strong and durable pulses you should hold the control
knob at "P" or press it repeatedly at "P".
5. Use the appliance for no longer than 5 minutes at a time and let it
cool down at least 10 minutes.
6. After the trial turn off the speed control switch at Speed Setting "0".

Press the lever knob and move the swiveling arm up, then take apart
the mixing tool from the connector.

1 Kneading Machine
1.1 Assembly and operation of kneading machine
1.
Before attaching mixing tools, pls make sure the power cord is di-
sconnected.
2. Press the lever knob with your right hand in the direction of the
symbol. The swiveling arm moves up. At the same time move the
swiveling arm with your left hand to the limit stop. The swiveling
arm must audibly lock in place. The lever knob moves back to its
initial position
