3. Now fill your ingredients into the mixing bowl. Caution: Do not over-
fill the appliance. The max. amount of flour is 1,5 kg

1.2.1
Mixing or kneading dough

Our suggestion of proportional mixture: flour and water at a ratio of
5:3. Fill the mixing bowl maximal 3/4 full of ingredients.
2. When filling the mixing bowl, please ensure that the maximum qua-
lity of 1.5kg is not exceeded.
3. Kneading hook or mixing blade should be used
4. When you use the mixing tool, turn on the speed control switch to
run firstly 30 seconds at Speed 1, then 30 seconds at Speed 2, finally
no longer than 5 minutes at Speed 3
5. Use the kneading hook or mixing blade for no longer than 5 minutes
continuously at a time. and cool it down for at least 10 minutes.

Whipping egg whites or cream

Use egg whisk and switch on Speed Settings 7 and 8, whip the egg
whites without stopping for 3 to 5 minutes, according to the size of
the eggs, until they are stiff.
2. Maximum quantity to whisk is 12 egg whites.
3. For whipped cream please whip 250 ml fresh cream at high speed
for ca. 3 to 5 minutes.
4. When filling the mixing bowl with fresh milk, cream or other ingre-
dients, please ensure that the maximum quality is not exceeded.
5. Use no more than 3 to 5 minutes continuously at a time and stop it
at least 10 minutes

Mixing shakes, cocktails or other liquids

Mix the ingredients according to the available recipe at Speed Set-
tings 1 to 8 for 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Do not exceed the maximum quantity for the mixing bowls.
3. Egg whisk should be used.
4. Use the appliance no more than 3 to 5 minutes continuously at a
time.and stop it at least 10 minutes
1. 3 End Operation and Remove Bowl

Turn the appliance off.
2. Disconnect from mains power supply.
3. Press the lever knob down; the swiveling arm moves up.
4. Remove the mixing tool anticlockwise.
5. Turn the mixing bowl lockwise and remove it.
6.
Loosen the dough with a spatula and take it out from the mixing
