Safety Relevant Notes
The CHOICE reception is designed for operation in clean and dry rooms with a normal room
temperature and humidity.
Only authorized skilled personnel or OLYMP technicians are permitted to perform maintenance and
repair work. Always disconnect power to the complete system and safeguard it against inadvertent
restoration to power prior to installation work, work on single components, repair and dismounting
work. Observe the separate Installation Instructions.
The CHOICE reception may be operated and combined only with units approved by the manufacturer.
It is not permitted to connect the CHOICE reception to the mains unless it is completely assembled
with all its add-on units.

Operating of lighting (see illustr. 1):
ON:
Switch on switch (A) on the back side. Light is shining.
OFF:
Push switch (A) again.

Changing of digital print:
> Remove digital print from decoration panel, for this grasp at textile strap and pull forward
see illustr. 2).
> Fixing of digital print at decoration panel:
Push textile print with circulating piping into the groove of the aluminum frame, start in
a corner.

Troubleshooting:
If lighting does not shine when pushing switch:
> check on customer's fuse box whether the automatic cut-out switch is switched on,
or whether the fuse link is intact.
> examine, whether plug-in connections are safety connected (see illustr. 3):
(1) power plug plugged into socket?
(2) rubber connector plugged into transformer?
(3) 12 V connection cable of LED-element connected to output line of transformer?
(4) clamp connection of 12 V connection cable of LED-element safe?
(5) connection cable of lamp (handbag shelf) plugged into socket of 220 V connection cable?
(6) switch of lamp in „on" position?
(7) fluorescent tube used correctly and intact?
turn to correct position or replace if necessary – see point 5
If lighting further does not shine please inform OLYMP customer service.
Following points only for electrical specialists / OLYMP customer service:
> Check components (see illustr. 3), for this remove digital print from decoration panel
(see point 2).
(8) Check whether solder joints are intact at the connection cables of the LED strips,
repair if necessary
(9) Check whether LED strips are intact, change if necessary – see point 4
(10) Check whether transformer is intact, change if necessary
(11) Check whether switch is intact, change if necessary
PLEASE NOTE:
Before every repair work first separate lighting completely from the mains!
