LED (Light Emitting Diode) are characterised by small current consumption and a very long
durability (approx. 10,000 operation hours) and usually do not have to be changed therefore.
The lamps consist of 16 series LED strips which are glued to the aluminum frame.
Replacement of individual light bands is possible.
Lighting unit, transformer and switch are available as a spare part at OLYMP.

Replacement of LED strips:
> Unplug mains cable of lighting at the socket.
Unless the socket is located in the base area of the reception:
remove facility parts of center compartment, remove door (if ordered), remove bottom
shelf (B)
> Remove digital print from lighting unit, see point 2.
> Cut the connection cable of the defective LED strip and loosen strip from back panel.
> Loosen protective foil from new LED strip and glue on strip to back panel.
> Connect new LED strip to connection cables by means of clamps.
> Plug mains cable into socket.
> fix digital print to lighting unit, see point 2.

Replacement of fluorescent tube:
> push light panel over handbag shelf upwards at the back edge, than swivel down at front
edge and take off (see illustr. 4 + 5)
> take fluorescent tube out by turning to the left, than put in new fluorescent tube
> put in light panel in revers order
