15.6 Adjusting the saw blade speed

Swivel cutting angle to 45°
 Loosen lock bolt (1) holding to swivel
disc and turn the stop bolt (2) over.
 Swive saw body to right side and use
scale to set the angle at 45°.
 Tighten lock nut (1).
Swivel cutting angle to -45°
1. Loosen and take off three lock bolts
holding the vise (see picture 1&2).
2. Move the vise to locking position at
right side and retighten three bolts at
new position (see picture 3 &4)
3. Loosen lock bolt (1) holding the swivel
disc and turn the stop bolt over (2).
4. Swive saw body to right side and use
scale to set the angle at 45°.
5. Tighten lock nut (1).
1. stop machine and wait for standstill
2. open the V-belt cover
3. loosen the V-belt tension:
To do this, loosen the motor fixing screws
4 pieces (1). Loosen the belt tension with
tensioning screws (2) and select the
desired saw blade speed by turning the
belts according to the diagram and re-
establisch the V-belt tension.
4. close the V-belt cover again
