7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Warning. Ensure the machine is isolated from the power supply before

commencing cleaning or maintenance.
Caution. This unit is not water proof. Do not use water jet or spray to
clean interior or exterior of this unit.
Flip open the table for easy cleaning of the conveyor belt
Keep the conveyor belt and table clean. Use a damp cloth and a brush for this.
Turn off the machine after daily use. Use a soft cloth to clean the housing of the machine.
Use a brush to clean the inner parts.
Many crumbs remain on the table, keep the table as much as possible crumb free.
Attention. No body will be allowed to put his fingers close to the running
blades. When the blades are dull, do not push the cake by hand, switch
off the power supply first and then replace them.
