As below picture, take out the housing part and open the two legs
until a "click".

Install the foot stand by
insert the 2 foot stand into
the housing & leg
tube until a "click".
Consider the direction of
the housing part put the
hanging tube plastic
inside.

Assemble left & right seat
frame by a "click".
