Troubleshooting Information
If the TDS3CHG does not charge the battery pack,
try these steps before returning the battery pack or
the charger for service:
S
Verify that the green light on the charger is on
when you apply AC power to the TDS3CHG.
S
Using the 10 A range, connect a DMM across
the output terminals of the TDS3CHG. Verify
that the yellow light turns on and that the cur-
rent reading is 1.2 A or greater.
S
Store the battery pack at room temperature for
several hours and then try to charge it again.
