6. Secure the inner column assembly to the base (B) with four spring washers and
M8x40mm hex bolts (S1); tighten the bolts firmly.

7. Attach the support plate (H) on top of the gas spring, turning until it stops at the
red-lined nut, ensuring the keying feature (Q) aligns facing out from the column
as indicated with red arrow.
Important: Ensure the red-lined nut remains in position.

8. On the underside of the table top assembly, remove four M6x35mm hex bolts
(S2).
NOTE: The removed wrapping film from the table top assembly may be used
to protect the table top during this step.
