2. Safety Instructions
• Damage caused by disregard of certain guidelines in this manual is not covered by the warranty and the dealer will not
accept responsibility for any ensuing defects or problems.
• Keep this device away from rain and moisture.
• Rotate the handle as steadily as possible at the recommended speed. Do not operate the handle for more than 3
minutes continuously. Charge the battery at least once every month to prolong the battery's lifetime.
• Note that damage caused by user modifications to the device is not covered by the warranty.
• Keep the device away from children and unauthorised users.

4. Operation
• Charging Your MP3/MP4 Player or Mobile Phone
Press down the function selector. Insert the 3.5mm plug into your mobile
phone or MP3/MP4 player and insert the USB plug into the EDL4. Operate
the handle at the recommended speed.
• Lighting
Operate the handle at the recommended speed for 1 minute. Press LIGHT once to switch on the power-saving mode, press
again to switch on the 6 LEDs, press a third time to switch on the 6 flashing LEDs. Press again to switch off.
• Siren
Slide the switch to alarm mode to activate the siren. Do
not put the speaker close to your ears as the alarm is
very loud.
