10. CUSTOMER SERVICE
The NOVAFON device requires precise adjustment. Consequently, any
necessary repairs must be performed exclusively by the NOVAFON
Customer Service. Please do not send in your defective device without
first contacting us by telephone to report the damage and determi-
ne the scope of the repair. The repair might be more expensive than a
new device. If, during the warranty period, the repair of a device proves
too costly, NOVAFON will offer a replacement device (to which a full
24-months' warranty period will apply).
