Disassembly of transport rods

ASSEMBLY / ADJUSTMENT

Angle fence
Fix the angle fence with 2 Socket head bolts (B) onto the machine.
Then loosen the handle (H) to adjust the angle fence in position.
Absaugadapter
The dust chute has two keys that allow it to be attached to the table. For planers, install the adapter
below the table. In the case of thick planes, remove the blade guard and then place the dust chute on
the planing shaft and fix it with the keys in the holes provided for it.
For a clean operation, the connection of the Zi-HB204 to a dust collector is
recommended in any case.
In enclosed rooms the connection to an exhaust system is obligatory.
Machine Mounting
Attach the machine to a stable surface, such as a workbench. For good working results, the
machine must be fixed in order to prevent unnecessary vibrations and the movement of the
machine during operation. When using the machine to assemble furniture etc., ensure a
suitably adapted and stable base.

Remove the four rods attached for transport before using
the machine.
