Symptom: Component is not receiving power.
Possible Cause:
• The component is plugged into a GreenPower
switched outlet and the PowerCenter has not
been turned On.
• T he PowerCenter is plugged into a switched outlet,
but power on the component is not On.
• I n some instances, a component plugged into
a switched outlet won't receive power when the
PowerCenter is turned On unless the component
power is also switched On.
• T he component is plugged into a GreenPower
switched outlet and the component connected
to the GreenPower Control Outlet has not been
turned On.
• C onnect a device that draws sufficient power
to activate switched outlets.
• T he component plugged into the GreenPower
Control Outlet does not draw sufficient power
to activate GreenPower switched outlets.
Remedy:
• Turn the PowerCenter switch on.
• T urn On the component plugged into the
switched outlet.
Symptom: GreenPower switched outlets do not turn
off when component plugged into GreenPower Control
outlet is turned off.
Possible Cause:
• S ome components can take up to 10 minutes to
switch to stand-by or sleep mode.
Remedy:
• W ait approximately 10 minutes to allow the
component plugged into the GreenPower Control
