Description
Removable plate heat exchanger for pool water heating and DHW systems
by harassing the solar energy.
It is made up of AISI 316 stainless steel corrugated plates, with sealing
nitrile gaskets.
Easily removable for plate inspection, cleaning or replacing; It's important
that the additives and fungicides currently used un swimming pools have a
low concentration in Copper Sulphates.
Delivery
In a single package, fully assembled.

Example: An M 10H 30-plate heat exchanger is recommended when we
have installed between 28 and 42 sq.m. of Flat-Plate Solar collector to heat
a swimming-pool.

Maintenance
- Before removing the plates, wait until the heat exchanger gets cold.
- Use gloves to handle the plates and so prevent possible cuts in you
hands.
- Remove the clamping screws.
- Withdraw the plates carefully so as not to damage the plate nor the
sealing gasket.
- Clean or replace the plates and/or sealing gaskets as required.
Length
A
- For cleaning, use weak acid — with a 5% of phosphoric acid, or a 5%
65,7
oxalic acid (if cleaning takes place at frequent intervals). Afterwards,
rinse properly.
88,5
111
- The cleaning solution fl ow should be 1.5 times the operating fl ow, but in
reverse direction.
134
157
- Replace the plates in the correct order - one up, one down (as shown in
the drawing of the plate), inserting the relevant gasket.
- Tighten the assembly screws and check that the length of the heat
exchanger coincides with length "A" (table 1 – Physical Data).
