2.8 REGENERATION CYCLE

Resin regeneration is only possible with the door
CLOSED and the tank EMPTY.
2.8.a FILLING THE SALT TANK
IMPORTANT
T
he tank is to be fi lled when alarm F4 appears on the display.
First of all make sure that there is salt in the specifi c
container and proceed as follows:
1. Unscrew the cap of the salt tank and introduce salt tablets
suitable for water softening and / or coarse kitchen salt
2. Screw the plug back on all the way to make sure the
tank is sealed
2.8.b RESIN REGENERATION OPERATIONS
(AUTOMATIC) (only for mod. "A")
Once the cycles are reached, A9 appears on the display,
which means REGENERATION REQUIRED.
Touch the SCROLL key
Select the C3
function from the display
For the machine with
drain pump
Touch the START key.
The START button turns
WHITE
The REGENERATION
phase begins.
For the machine without
drain pump
Touch the START key.
The START button turns
WHITE
Open the bath access door,
remove the overfl ow pipe
(14) and close the door.
The REGENERATION
phase begins.
I
f the above operation is not performed, at the end of the
time initially set for the drain phase, the A10 alarm, i.e. full
tank, appears on the display.
During the regeneration phase, if the door is opened, F1
is displayed
The regeneration cycle is interrupted and then resumed
when the door is closed.
At the end of the cycle, the machine switches off automa-
tically and the display reads OFF.
The machine is now ready for use.
