WARNING:
- Unplug the appliance or switch off the dedicated switch before
performing any operations (risk of personal injury from electro-
cution).
- Do not touch the air conditioning unit with wet hands (risk of per-
sonal injury from electrocution).
- When cleaning the appliance, do not climb onto a table or unsta-
ble chair (risk of personal injury from falling from a height).
- When removing fi lters, take care not to touch any metal parts,
especially the heat exchanger inside the internal unit (risk of per-
sonal injury from cuts).
• Clean the fi lters and secure them back in place.
• On a sunny day, operate the air conditioning unit in ventilation mode
for a few hours, so that the inside is dried completely.
• Unplug the appliance or disable the automatic switch.
IF THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT DOES NOT WORK
1. If the air conditioning unit gives no sign of life, check:
- the supply voltage
- that the automatic switch has not blown
- that there has not been a power failure
- The air conditioning unit is turned on by pressing the ON-OFF
button located on the internal unit
2. If the cooling (or heating) effect seems to be lower than normal:
- has the temperature been set correctly on the remote control?
- has a door or window been opened?
- is the Internal Unit exposed to direct sunlight?
- are the fi lters clogged?
- are there any obstacles obstructing the free circulation of air to
the Internal Unit or External Unit?
The performance levels and the characteristics of any cooling appliance are noticeably affected by the environmental conditions
where the Internal and External Units operate.
