Adjusting open time of the dishwasher valve (8025) (figure 5)
– Detach the adjustment knobs (12 and 13) by pulling them off, undo the screws of the cover and
detach the cover.
– Press the button (15) in the printed circuit board (a red light is lit).
– You need to press the dishwasher valve switch (in the faucet) within 10 seconds after the signal light
is lit. Each press adds half an hour to the time during which the valve is in open position, starting
from zero. (E.g. 5 presses = dishwasher valve's open time is 2.5 hours).
– When you have set the open time, the signal light in the valve switch blinks once for each half an
hour set.
– Attach the cover to the unit and press the adjustment knobs in place in the correct position.
The settings can also be adjusted with Oras Data Terminal.
Changing the spout swing angle (figure 6)
– Press the locking ring pin (17) through the hole at the back of the spout and lift the spout
simultaneously.
– Detach the limiter (16) by pulling it up.
– Set the limiter at the required position and press it back in place.
– Replace the spout, and be careful not to damage the O-rings.
– Check that the spout is locked to the locking ring (17).
Servicing
Cleaning/changing the litter filters (figure 5)
– Close the water inlet to the faucet.
– Open the inlet pipes.
– Clean the litter filters (6) or change them for new ones.
– Tighten the pipes.
– Open the water inlet to the faucet and check that the joints are tight.
Changing the spout sealings or the spout (figure 6)
– Press the locking ring pin (17) through the hole at the back of the spout and lift the spout
simultaneously.
– Change the sealings for new ones and lubricate the O-rings with O-ring grease (Oras no. 911311).
– Replace the spout, and be careful not to damage the O-rings.
– Check that the spout is locked to the locking ring (17).
Changing the diverter cartridge (figure 5)
– Close the water inlet to the faucet.
– Detach the knob (12 or 13) by pulling it off.
– Unscrew the locking nut (18) with a 24 mm wrench and pull out the diverter cartridge (19).
– Insert the new diverter cartridge. Note! Do not press at the end of the stem.
– Tighten the locking nut.
– Replace the limiter (20) in the position shown in the figure
– Push the knob back in place. Note! See that the grooves match.
Changing the printed circuit board (figure 5)
– Close the water inlet to the faucet.
– Disconnect all water and electric connections of the mixer unit.
– Detach the knobs (12 and 13) by pulling them off.
– Detach the mixer unit cover.
– Detach the mixer unit body from the box.
– Change the printed circuit board for a new one.
– Reassemble in reverse order
