• Feeding by means of n° four 1,5 Volt alkaline
batteries (AA type, LR6) to be put in the hollow
arranged on the back of the safe's door. The safe
is supplied with batteries inside.
• If the batteries are low, the red light will be on. In
this case you have about one month to change
them, but we suggest you to replace the batte-
ries at once.
• The factory supplies an outside opening system
for emergency.
• If a wrong code is entered, the yellow LED will be
on with beeps, for three times wrong code, it will
be dead for 3 minutes. You can operate again af-
ter that.
• The safe is supplied with the following factory
codes:
User code: "1 – 2 – 3 – 4"
Master code: "1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 "
1. UNLOCKING THE SAFE
1.1. Enter the user code (< 1-2-3-4 > for the first
time).
1.2. Press the key < ON> . The green light will be
on with two beeps.
1.3. Turn clockwise the knob and then open the
safe.
2. LOCKING THE SAFE
2.1. Close the door.
2.2. Turn anticlockwise the handle.
3. STORING OR CHANGING THE USER CODE
3.1. Press the red button behind the door. The
yellow light will be on with one beep.
3.2. Enter the new user code(from 3 to 8 digits
which may be repeated ).
3.3. Press the key < E > to confirm it. The yellow
light will be off with beeps. The new user
code is stored now.
4. STORING OR CHANGING THE MASTER CODE
4.1. Enter the code 0-0, press the red button be-
hind the door. The yellow light will be on with
one beep.
4.2. Enter the new master code(from 3 to 8 digits
which may be repeated ).
4.3. Press the key < E > to confirm it. The yellow
light will be off with beeps. The new user
code is stored now.
N.B.:
We suggest you to write always your own secret
user code and master code !
5. IN CASE YOU FORGET YOUR CODES OR
BATTERIES ARE RUN OUT
The factory supplies an outside opening system
for emergency, feed the lock with an alkaline 9V
battery (6LR61 type) by the contacts (+ and -) on
the keyboard,( this battery is not supplied with the
safe).
5.1. Enter the user code or master code you set.
5.2. Press the key < ON>. The green light will be
on with two beeps
5.3. Turn clockwise the knob then open the safe.
Emergency: for your convenience we have
engineered a manual override system into your
safe. If necessary, tear open the keyboard on the
door, you will find a special keyhole. Insert the
special key (two pieces are supplied) and turn it
anticlockwise, then turn the knob in the clockwise
direction. This will permit you to open manually
your safe at any time.
IMPORTANT: NEVER KEEP THE EMERGENCY KEYS
INSIDE THE SAFE.
