Thank you very much for purchasing a product SAGOLA.
We are glad you found a customer.
The SAGOLA products meet the highest technical
progress, design and ease of use. We apply the most strict
quality requirements of our products to satisfy the most
demanding expectations.
To know how to correctly use your equipment, read this
manual carefully. After you have finished reading it, keep it
in a secure place for future reference.
The SAGOLA air quality test equipment is an air test
device that detects air impurities, humidity level and
temperature for perfect atomisation air.
The equipment is easy to handle thanks to its design and
the simplicity of its mechanisms. No special training is
required for handling the equipment. Use the equipment
according to the operating, indicated in this manual.
3.1. Sagola Impurity meter test
The SAGOLA air quality test system also enables you to
easily test the quality of the air coming from compressed
air lines, filters, hoses and related equipment. Clean air,
free from silicones, oil and particulate contamination, is
essential for many professional applications, especially
painting.
The SAGOLA system isolates contaminants as small as 45
microns and thereby permits clase inspection to determine
the source of the problem.
The test takes only minutes but can prevent or salve conta-
mination problems and avoid unnecessary expenses.
1 - Unscrew the body of the impurity meter and clean it with
a cloth with solvent where air passage and the paper filter
will be placed.
2 - Mount the paper filter on the body of the impurity meter.
a) Remove the O-ring and place the new paper filter.

must be taken into account.
The unit must be used only by personnel who have been
trained adequately in their handling, and only for the uses
for which it has been designed.
The equipment consists of the following:
- Regulator / impurity meter
- Digital humidity and temperature meter
- Flashlight / Magnifier
- Paper filters
b) Then place the O-ring and reassemble.
3 - Connect the impurity meter SAGOLA to air hose, but
first you have to make sure that the regulator is at zero start
pressure setting.
4 - Once connected to the hose, adjust the air pressure
(1.4 BAR or 20 PSI) and after ten minutes, we return the
pressure to zero and remove the paper filter from the impu-
rity meter.
