Update Time
This is the time at which the sensor will update the controller
with new ET data. If irrigation were to commence at 6am, for
example, it might be advantageous to have ET data sent to the
controller at 5:45am to optimize watering runtimes.

Average % Days
This is the previous number of days from which the sensor
will use to generate an average runtime value. This is done to
minimize the impact of unseasonably cold or hot days. Values
range from 1-7 (days).

is possible to set the location by either U.S. ZIP Code or by
