AR Roll blinders -
DISASSEMBLY AND OPENING OF
THE METAL BOX:
(Instructions for exceptional cases only – normally
the metal box must not be touched)
-Insert the LH (left hand) or RH (right hand) crank
(hole M8) at the end of the metal box
-Unscrew the preload plate, taking care to use the crank to
resist the reaction force of the inner spring force, so as to
remove the preload
-Remove the screws on the side panel in order to extract
the fabric winder (aramide)

REASSEMBLY AND CLOSURE OF
THE METAL BOX:
_Insert the fabric winder in the box (key side on
the screwed side)
_ Screw the side and then the preload plate with
the fabric completely wrapped
_Insert the LH or RH crank in the dedicated end
_ Apply some preload laps according to the
model and guard stroke
_Check that the roll blinder works properly and
then install it on the machine
