Connecting a device via NFC
1. Pull up the protection cover of the DuraWaves Glow XL on
the back of the speaker.
2. Power on the speaker by moving the power switch om
"OFF" to "ON".
3. Make sure that Bluetooth and NFC are enabled on your device.
4. Place your device near the NFC sensor on the top of the
speaker to the right of the mode bu on.
NOTE: Make sure your device supports NFC. Di erent devices
have di erent NFC sensor areas. Refer to the user guide of
your device to locate the correct sensor area. Make sure your
NFC function is working properly.
5. Device will show the message "Pair the Bluetooth device?"
NOTE: Message may vary for each device.
6. Click "Yes" to connect with DuraWaves Glow XL. You will
hear "Bluetooth paired" and the Bluetooth LED indicator will
remain solid blue.
NOTES:
• Your device will automatically nd and pair with the
DuraWaves Glow XL a er the initial pairing. If your device does
not automatically pair, turn o the speaker and repeat steps 1-6.
• The speaker will start in the mode it was in when the speaker
was turned o . If the speaker is in a mode other than
Bluetooth mode, press the mode bu on until you hear
"Bluetooth mode". The Bluetooth LED indicator will rapidly
ash blue.
