CCW-5 Crank Bolt Wrench
The CCW-5 is used for tightening and loosening
8mm socket head crank bolts and 14mm hex
head crank bolts. It can also be used on pedals
that require a 8mm hex wrench for removal and
installation.
CL-1 Synthetic Blend Chain Lube with PTFE
Using a proprietary blend of oils and PTFE, CL-1
works great in wet or dry conditions. It penetrates,
reduces
friction,
prolongs
displaces moisture, and protects parts from rust
and corrosion. Apply a drop to the inside of each
chain link; then wipe off excess with a rag. Also
works great on brake and derailleur pivot points.
CN-10 Cable and Housing Cutter
The CN-10 is a shop quality cutter designed
specifically for use on bicycle cables and
housing. Includes a built-in crimper for both
cable end caps and housing ferrules.
Adjustment Instructions:
As the CN-10 wears it may require readjustment
for best cutting results:
1. Turn nut counterclockwise to loosen. To
tighten adjustment, turn bolt clockwise. To
loosen, turn counterclockwise.
2. Turn nut clockwise to tighten.
CNW-2 Chainring Nut Wrench
The CNW-2 makes chainring bolt installation
and removal easy. It securely holds the slotted
nut to prevent spinning when tightening or
loosening the bolt.

CT-3.2 Chain Tool
The CT-3.2 is designed to work on most 5 to
11-speed derailleur chains* and 1/8" and 3/16"
single-speed chains. A heavy duty tool built for
daily shop use, the CT-3.2:
• Presses rivets out of the chain during removal

• Presses rivets into the chain during installation
(Fig. 2)
• Removes the pilot from Shimano
rivets (and other brands) after installation
(Fig. 3)
Because of the wide variety of chain designs, the
procedures for removing and installing derailleur
and single-speed chains vary significantly.
Always consult the chain manufacturer or a
qualified bicycle mechanic for removal and
installation instructions specific to the chain's
brand and model. Additional information can

Note: To avoid loss and breakage of chain tool
pins, periodically inspect to make sure pin is
securely threaded into tool. Replacement pins
are available: Part #CTP or CTP-C.

FR-5 and BBT-5/FR-11
Cassette Lockring Tools
A cassette lockring tool is used to remove and
install the cassette lockring and sprockets on
a rear wheel. The FR-5 fits Shimano
SunRace
, and other 12-tooth cassette lockrings.

The BBT-5/FR-11 fits 12-tooth Campagnolo
cassette lockrings.
Instructions:
Lockring Removal: Fit cassette lockring tool
into splines of lockring and install quick release
skewer to prevent tool from slipping. Hold
cassette cogs with SR-11 chain whip and turn
cassette lockring tool counterclockwise with
adjustable wrench until lockring is removed.
Lockring Installation: Fit cassette lockring tool
into splines of lockring and turn clockwise with
wrench until tight.
GP-2 Pre-Glued Super Patch Kit
The GP-2 includes six patches and one piece of
sandpaper. Works on road or mountain bikes.
Instructions:
Make sure tube to be patched is dry. Clean and
lightly sand the area to be patched, peel off the
protective backing from the GP-2 and apply.
Be careful not to touch the adhesive during
installation. Press GP-2 firmly onto tube.
GSC-1 GearClean Brush
The GSC-1 is specially designed to remove
dirt, grit, and grime from the sprockets on the
rear wheel. Just insert the curved end of the
GSC-1 between the
gears
and
pedal
backwards.
Then
use the brush end to
remove the loosened
dirt and grit.
