In the context of our guarantee conditions we take on a guarantee for trouble-free functionality of our technical
appliances. Guarantee period is 36 months beginning on day of purchase. Please keep your invoice as proof of
purchase. If in spite of our comprehensive quality controls you should have reason to claim, please dial our service
number listed below as a first step. Our trained staff will take care of your problem by allocating you a service num-
ber and if necessary arranging an exchange. You will receive by email, fax or post a return sticker enabling you to
return the product to us free of charge. We regret we are unable to process appliances without service number. Our
guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper handling, as well as expendable parts and consumables. As
far as possible use original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
This appliance undergoes strict quality control for perfect properties, workmanship and functionality. Should there
on occasion be faults not attributable to improper use of the product (e.g. water or dropping damage, incorrect
operation etc.) in the context of our guarantee conditions we take on a guarantee for remedying this damage (by
exchange or repair of defective parts). In the context of our guarantee STÄDTER GmbH only addresses damage to
the product itself as covered by the guarantee, and indeed in the form of replacement or repair.
The guarantee does not cover any further compensation claims of any sort, especially those concerning breach
of duty or due to improper use as well as claims for reimbursement of futile outlay made against STÄDTER GmbH
or against its agents; the same applies to claims for compensation concerning damage resulting from defects. The
guarantee does not provide for more extensive claims. The above limitations do not apply to legal rights accruing to
the end user (consumer) from the purchase of consumer goods or those arising from damage to life, body or health,
or from premeditation or gross negligence, or indeed under the product liability law. The guarantee becomes void
upon improper use, unauthorised intervention and independent technical changes to the appliance. Guarantee
cover is not extended or renewed after 36 months.
An exact description of the problem certainly simplifies repair time. After guarantee expiry you are still welcome to
approach STÄDTER GmbH. Nevertheless any repairs following expiry of guarantee period are subject to charge
and not covered under guarantee.
