Note
Operating parameters for the product to be tightened might not
yet be available in the torque module's memory. If there is QR
code marked "SIAT ready" for the product scan this code, be-
cause it contains the operating parameters and the data scanned
will be saved in the torque module's memory. The operating
parameters for the product can also be uploaded to the torque
module via USB with the AT Documentation Software. Reg-
ularly check for updates to the software installed in the torque
module in order to ensure that the latest parameters are always
applied.
SIAT ready QR codes, if they exist for the product, can be found
on the packaging, in the instructions for use of the product or
online in the download area for the applicable product on the
Hilti website.

5.8 Tightening the threaded fastener in "Adaptive" operating mode
Note
Before using the torque module, make sure that the threaded fastener
to be tightened is correctly installed. Follow the instructions in the
operating instructions of the product to be tightened and the information
on checking the threaded fasteners.
1. Select the "Adaptive" operating mode.
2. Set the forward/reverse switch to the "Forward" position.
3. Install a suitable accessory tool on the impact wrench and engage the
product to be tightened.
4. Press the control switch and hold it down until the torque module returns
one of the following feedback signals:

• The symbol indicating "Tightening completed successfully" is dis-
played.
• The LEDs show green.
• The confirmation tone sounds.
