Burner characteristics
IME and AGP (Multi-Stage Injection
and Proportional Air/Gas) dual fuel,
single-unit burners C75, C100 are
blast-air units with low gas pollution
discharge (low NOx).
They either operate on liquid or gas
fuel, via TC control panel manual
changeover switches. Optional remote
control is available.
- Liquid fuel : Fuel oil with 1.6 to
2
6mm
/s (cSt) viscosity, at 20°C , and
calorific value H
of 11,86 kWh/kg.They
i
operate in two progressive stages
(three flows).
- Gas fuel : Gases found in enclosed
table, subject to the appropriate
supplied gas and pressure and taking
contractual variations of calorific ability
of natural gases into account.
They operate with AGP system at two
progressive rates or modulating, with PI
or PID power regulator (option).
They fit generators in accordance with
EN 303.1 Standard requirements.
Three fixed combustion head lengths
are available (T1 - T2 - T3).
The control and safety unit LFL1.333 is
designed for an intermittent service
(limited it to a twenty-four hours of
continued use).
Packaging
The burner is delivered on a pallet, in
three packages, weighing between 84
and 89 kg, depending on the model.
Burner body with the following:
integrated electrical plate,
motor pump.
documentation folder contains the
following:
operating instructions,
wiring and hydraulic diagrams,
boiler house plate,
guarantee.
the translucent shutter / housing.
fuel oil hydraulic connection:
two hoses L1.50m with connectors
installed.
Combustion head
boiler face seal, one bolt bag.
Gas manifold
the collector valves and filter
extension part.
