If the operation is working correctly, after some
seconds the frequency converter will turn on
automatically.
Restart the frequency converters and check if the
pumps, the frequency converters and the system
are working properly.
15. Alternation
running continuously
In the case which, for any reason, one or more
pumps is working continously without alternating
with the pumps in stand-by, to guarantee an
homogeneus wear of the pumps. Every sixty
minutes of continuous duty of one pump the
system automatically forces the change of the
stand-by pump. The change of the pump respects
the alternating sequence of the converters.
16. Cascade anti-lock function
In the case that, for any reason, one or more
pumps remains stopped for 24 consecutive hours
the frequency converter will start the motor of the
pump for approximately 5 seconds (anti-lock
function) without modification on the alternating
sequence of the system.

17. Use of megaohmeter

Megging of an installation incorporating the
frequency converter is not allowed, because the
electronics may be damaged. If megging is
necessary, disconnect the frequency converter
and use the megaohmeter directly on the terminal
box of the pump.

18. Replacing the fuse

In case of fuse intervention,disconnect power
supply from the frequency converters, remove the
screws and the cover of the frequency converter.
Pull out the spare fuse, remove the two screws
and the electrical board protection, pull out the
faulty fuse and replace with the spare fuse,
reinstall the protection tighten the two screws and
at the end reinstall the cover of the frequency
converter and tighten all the screws.
To remove the electrical board protection and to
access to the faulty fuse unscrew the 2 screws.

20. Disposal
Observe the local regulations and dispose of any
control gear accordingly. This product contains
electrical and electronic components and should be
disposed of accordingly.
