If any of these points are present, please contact ITD and remove the device from service immediately. Repair
or replace the necessary components with ITD-certified spare parts.
Maintenance (after each use)
Always perform regular maintenance on the Speed Dolly and its accessories. Before each
use, you must:
- Check the tyre pressure to ensure that it corresponds to the recommended pressure indicated on the tyre.
- Check the lashings for wear, kinks and faults. If damage is found they should be replaced immediately.
- Check the tipping bar for deformation. If necessary, replace it with a new tipping bar from ITD.
Maintenance (after three months)
- Check the ½ -inch wheel nuts on the wheels. Tighten to the recommended value (torque 129 Nm).
- Check the wheel bearings
· Under normal use, wheel bearings should be checked and re-greased every three months.
· If the wheel bearings are used intensively, they should be re-greased monthly.
Care of the aluminium wheels
Aluminium wheels from ITD are coated with a durable clear protective coating to ensure a long service life.
Simply clean with soap and water. DO NOT use abrasive polish or scouring agents, as this could damage the
protective coating. If additional protection is desired, you can apply a layer of car wax.
Grease points
The Speed Dolly and the XD Dolly are designed for low maintenance. There are only two grease points for all
moving parts, as well as the wheel bearings

1. Adjust the telescopic axle axes to the smallest length required to cover the vehicle width.
Make sure that the pushbutton engages at the correct length.
