You have purchased a fence energiser that operates with either a 12 V battery or a Lacmé
Thank you for your confidence.
Different levels of power and options depending on the model described in this manual are available.
This logo confirms that you can power your energiser with an AC adapter.
Only the mains adaptor supplied by LACME
For safety reasons, this energiser must never be connected with any other mains adaptor.
The mains adaptor supplied by LACME must not be used with an energiser from another manufacturer, or with any other
LACME model not designed for this purpose (if in doubt, refer to the guide provided with your energiser).
The technology called "low impedance" allows the fence to remain effective even if losses occur grass touching the wire,
broken insulators...).
The energiser has 12 V battery connection leads provided.
When using the adapter make sure it is safe from moisture, ideally on an inside wall.
A LED permits you to check the correct operation of the device. Attention, this light does not guarantee that the voltage and
energy levels are sufficient to correctly guard the animals. Only regular checks using a controller on the fence line can
ensure this.
This energiser meets international safety standards and is approved by the French Ministry of Agriculture.

USAGE :
Connect the high voltage terminal of the energiser to the fence line
Connect the output terminal "ground"of the energiser to the earth stake
These connections (both earth and high voltage) must be made using insulated wire 20 000 V,
GALVA or FISALU. Otherwise the effectiveness of the fence could be greatly altered.
The grounding of the fence should be separated by at least 10 m from a domestic earth (home electricity supply).
Check all connections ensure good electrical contact. Knots or other splices can be a source of bad contact and thus
cause conductivity degradation and loss of efficiency.
Press the ON / OFF switch on the front of the energiser: the indicator light should light with each pulse (approximately
every 1.5 s). Attention, this light does not guarantee that the voltage and energy levels are sufficient to correctly
guard the animals. Only regular checks using a controller on the fence line can ensure this.
