17.2 Troubleshooting
Problem
"Add Water"
indicator is on.
"Ice full" indicator
is on
Ice cubes stick
together.
Ice making cycle
is normal but no
ice formed.

18 Disposal of the Old Device
Old electric and electronic devices frequently still contain valuable materials.
However, they also contain damaging substances, which were necessary for
their functionality and safety.
If these were put in the non-recyclable waste or were handled incorrectly, they could be
detrimental to human health and the environment. Therefore, do not put your old device
into the non-recyclable waste under any circumstances.

Utilise the collection point, established in your town, to return and recycle old electric

and electronic devices. If necessary, contact your town hall, local refuse collection
service or your dealer for information.
Ensure that your old device is stored safely away from children until it is taken away.

Possible cause
Lack of water.
Ice is full in basket.
The ice making cycle is too
long.
Water temperature in inner
tank is too low.
Room temperature or water
temperature in inner tank is
too high.
Not enough cooling liquid in
the coolant reservoir or a
part of the electronics is
defect.
Solution
Stop the ice maker and press "Power"
button again to restart the unit.
Remove ice from ice basket.
Continuously press "Select" button 5
seconds. The ice maker could make ice
10 cycles, before "ice full" indicator is
on.
Stop the ice maker and start it again
when the ice blocks are melt. Select the
small size ice cube selection.
Replace the water. Temperature of
water recommended at 8-32°C.
The room temperature should be 5-40°,
water temperature should be 8-32°C.
