PREPARE THE FAN SITE

Installation requires basic electrical knowledge. Contact a licensed electrician if you are uncomfortable
performing electrical work!

Disconnect Power!
Disconnect power to the fan location before wiring
the fan!
A readily accessible disconnect device shall be
incorporated external to the equipment.

Mounting Structure*
If you are installing the fan directly to the building
structure, the structure must be suitable for fan support.
*The fixing means for attachment to the ceiling (such as hooks or other devices)
shall be fixed with a sufficient strength to withstand four times the weight of
the ceiling fan.
