PNEUMATIC TOOL OPERATION MANUAL © Panduit Corp. 2016 INTRODUCTION The PPTS Tool installs Panduit Miniature (MIN), Intermediate (INT) and Standard (STD) cross section cable ties (plastic tie down straps), for medium to high volume cable tie applications. Kunststoff-Kabelbinder in den Breiten von 2,4 bis 4,8 mm (MIN/INT/STD) verarbeitet. Dabei werden Kabelbäume und andere Leitungen gebündelt. Das PPTS eignet sich für das Verarbeiten von mittleren bis hohen Stückzahlen. Der Kabelbinder wird mit Druckluft ges- pannt und das überstehende Kabelbinderende bei Erreichen der eingestellten Anzugskraft abgeschnitten. - Página 7 Regelmäßige Wartung: Achten Sie darauf, dass das Werkzeug vor jeder Verwendung gesäubert wurde. Abb. 4: Feineinstellung der Anzugskraft Wartung Überprüfen Sie täglich den Schneidbereich und den Greifer der PPTS. Halten Sie diesen Bereich frei von Schmutz und Kabelbinderresten. Überprüfen Sie auch die gebündelten Kabelbinder auf einwandfreien Sitz und auf eine einwandfreie Schnittstelle. Le collier de serrage se tend sous l'action de l'air comprimé et son extrémité est sectionnée lorsque la tension de serrage pré-réglée est atteinte.

Manutenzione Controllare tutti i giorni la zona di taglio e la pinza della PPTS. Tenere tale zona libera da sporco e da residui di fascette. Assicurarsi anche che le fascette installate siano posizionate correttamente e che presentino un taglio perfetto. Ciò indica se la PPTS viene tenuta in posizione corretta durante il lavoro e se la lama funziona correttamente. -

El sistema se compone de la herramienta neumática para atar PPTS, de la manguera de unión PPH10G y de la unidad de filtro/reductora de la presión MK06. Mantenimiento Compruebe diariamente la zona de corte y el trinquete de la herramienta PPTS. Mantenga este zona limpia y sin restos de abrazaderas. Compruebe también si las abrazaderas atadas presentan un asiento correcto y un punto de corte perfecto. Esto le enseña si la herra-mienta PPTS se sujeta correctamente durante el proceso de atado y si la cuchilla trabaja perfectamente. -
