• The green indicator comes on to show when
the appliance is switched on. The green
indicator always stays lit while the appliance
is plugged in.
• Pre-heat the appliance for about 10 minutes
on position 5.
Cooking
After preheating, the appliance is ready to be
used.
• The thermosignal indicates visually that
the appliance is at the correct cooking
temperature

C1.
- the thermosignal lights up through a red
indicator light when the cooking temperature
is reached
-
C2;
- the red indicator light will light up
intermittently during use.
• Set the thermostat to the desired position
opposite the green indicator.
• Leave to cook depending on your taste.

After use

• Set the thermostat to the mini position
(according to the model).
• Unplug the cord from the mains and then
remove the plug-in connector from the
appliance.
• Allow the appliance to cool.
• Clean the base of the appliance (1) and the
drip tray (2) with a sponge, hot water and
washing-up liquid
Storage
• The appliance may be stored vertically

Cooking fumes may be dangerous for

from the cooking area.
Only use the plate supplied with the
appliance or purchased from an approved
service centre.
Never cut directly on the appliance.
Always use a wooden or plastic spatula to
avoid damaging the cooking plate - D.
Do not put cooking utensils on top of the
appliance.
Do not touch the metal parts of the
appliance when it is heating or operating,
as they are very hot.
At the end of cooking, the appliance is hot:
handle it with precaution.
Do not place the cooking plate under
water or onto fragile surface when the
appliance is hot.
Do not use a metallic sponge or scouring
powder.
