ANILLA AFFLES
200 g butter, 50 g sugar, some pieces of
vanilla pod, a pinch of salt, 6 eggs, 300 g
flour, 2 tsps yeast, 1/4 litre milk and 1 tbsp
rum.
• Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.
• Mix the flour and yeast and gradually add all
the milk and the eggs, then incorporate the
rum.
