SETTINg THE CLOCK

1. Using a tool, press the tab on the battery cover and remove the cover (figure 2).
2. Push button B (figure 4), in order to start setting the clock.
3. The hours flash. Set the hours using button A (figure 4).
4. In order to set the minutes, press button B once again and the minutes flash. Set the minutes
using button A.
5. Once you have finished setting the time, press button B and replace the cover.

OPERATION OF THE THERMOMETER

The LANAFORM ear and forehead thermometer is a delicate, high-technology electronic instrument
designed for taking the temperature of the body.
By way of an indication, here are two tables giving the average temperature of a human being
according to the place where the measurement is taken and according to age.

Comment:
1. The temperature of a body in good health varies according to a number of factors: age, time
of the day, physical activity, outdoor temperature,... and more particularly in the case of
a forehead reading (influence of the type of skin (greasy or dry, creased or not), ambient
temperature (air conditioning)...).
It is therefore important to determine the normal temperature range for each member of your
family, to use it as a guide to help you detect any subsequent fever.
