PLUG-IN RECEIVER (optional)
The self-learning receivers can store several codes in the same channel.
The functions of the two radio channels are:
Channel 1
Step-by-step
Channel 2
Pedestrian
To store transmitter codes proceed as follows:
- insert the receiver into the connector (part 7 of fig. 1);
- power the control unit and wait for the LEDs on the receiver to go out;
- press for a brief moment the button of the channel to be memorised on the receiver, (P1 step-by-step or P2
pedestrian); the corresponding LED starts to blink.
If the LED blinks twice in quick succession, wait and repeat the procedure (the button must be pressed once
only).
- Transmit with the remote control to be programmed.
- If the LED on the receiver gives a long blink, this means that storage has been successful.
- If the code is already stored, the receiver LEDs blink simultaneously.
Code storage may be reset by keeping the receiver button P1 pressed for approx. 15 seconds until both LEDs
light up.
The antenna should be connected to terminals 18 (braid) and 19 (control unit), see fig.2.
For further information and specifications, see the instruction booklet that accompanies the receiver.
FINAL TEST AND INSPECTION
Always carry out a final test and inspection after having completed all the programming.
- Check correct operation of the protective devices (anti-crushing system, stop pushbutton, photocells,
safety edges, etc.).
- Check correct operation of the warning devices (flashing lights, open gate warning light, etc.).
- Check correct operation of the control devices (P/P button, remote controls, etc.).
