Before Installing the ControlBrite

PENTAIR ControlBrite ™ offers remote control and set-up for Pentair IntelliBrite™ lights. The main unit is a Din rail
mounted component installed in the electrical cabinet for the pool. Switching the lights on and off or changing the
colors and sequences of Intellibrite RGB lights can easily be done either on the main unit or using the wireless remote
control included with the system. On the main unit a display shows what color or sequence is active.

Correct installation is required to assure safe operation. The requirements for ControlBrite include the following:

ControlBrite is not a standalone system. The main unit that connects to the product and other systems has
to be installed in a DIN rail cabinet. 36mm of free space (2 modules) is required.

A 1x12 module electrical cabinet (CPRO-2020) or 2x12 module cabinets (CPRO-2030) is available as an option.

ControlBrite can be used to manage most monocolor pool lights. Color management is designed for Pentair
IntelliBrite RGB products only.

It is possible to use an extra Remote Control Unit (order CTRB-2010)

ControlBrite requires a 230V power supply and is installed before the 12VAC light transformer.
This manual provides the information needed to meet these requirements. Review all application and installation
procedures completely before continuing the installation.
