LED OFF : The Communication has not been established.
LED ON : Has been properly connected.

When the PC is connected the users can do the next operations using the Tools
Menu:

Receive: Obtain the present configuration of the equipment. Shortcut

Monitor: This is the most useful tool, due to allows monitoring the measures,
