• Purchase date

EQUIPMENT SHUTOFF VALVE
For all models. Equipment shutoff valve with 1/8" NPT tap.
OPTIONAL FAN KIT
PF06-YJLF-BMB Optional fan kit (fits models MD3TPA,
MD3TPA-BB, MD5TPA, MD5TPA-BB). The fan has 3 settings
ON/OFF/Auto. Please refer to PF06-YJLF-BMB instructions.
FLOOR MOUNTING STAND
PF09B For locating heater on the floor, away from a wall. Com-
plete installation instructions provided with floor mounting stand.
When Gas Pressure Is Too Low
• pilot will not stay lit
• burners will have delayed ignition
• fireplace will not produce specified heat
