SCRAMBLED EGG

2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
salt & pepper
SAVORY MINCE
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oil
7 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tsp. mixed herbs
8 oz. minced beef
salt and pepper
1. Melt the butter in a bowl on P-HI for 1 minute.
2. Add the eggs, milk and seasoning and mix well.
3. Cook on P-HI for 4 minutes, stirring every 30
seconds.
1. Place onion, garlic and oil in casserole, and cook on
P-HI for 2 minutes or until soft.
2. Place all other ingredients in casserole. Stir well.
3. Cover and cook on P-HI for 6 minutes then P-50 for
10-14 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
