Button Assignments in Windows 3.1x
MouseWare allows you to assign functions to mouse buttons and replaces frequently
used tasks, such as double-click, draglock, etc., to a single button click.
To override a button assignment temporarily so you can use an application-specific
feature, press the Control key while clicking the button to be overridden.

Connecting the Wheel Mouse to a Macintosh

1. Plug the cable of the wheel mouse into the USB port of your Macintosh
or keyboard. If you need help locating the USB port, consult your Macintosh
documentation.
2. Install the MouseWare Software. Insert the Logitech software CD into
the CD-ROM drive of your Macintosh. Find the Installer icon, then double-click it.
Follow the on-screen instructions to finish software installation.

Using the Wheel Mouse with a Macintosh

With the wheel mouse and the MouseWare software, you can scroll using your Macintosh
without having to "click" in the scroll bars. To scroll, simply move the wheel forward
or backward.
The mouse wheel also functions as a button. Simply press down on the wheel to use it
as a mouse button.
