Nothing happens when the power switch is pressed
- Check that the plug is inserted in an electrical outlet
No nebulisation or low nebulisation,when the power is on
- Add the correct amount of medication to the medication tank (2 ml - 6 ml)
- Install all the accesories correctly
- Make sure that the nozzle is free of blockages
- Make sure that the nebuliser kit is not tilted at an angle of more than 45 degrees
- Replace the filter
The device is abnormally loud
- Attach the air filter cover correctly
The device is very hot.
- Do not cover the compressor with any type of cover during use; - Limit use to 20 minutes at a
time, and allow a 30 minutes interval before using the device again.
