2.6.12 Service
La finestra Admin Services mostrata sopra consente di operare
alcune programmazioni avanzate per la gestione del prodotto.
1) La prima riga mostra la versione attualmente installata del
firmware relativo al modulo VoIP e del modulo UDV.
Il pulsante "Start enhanced log" consente di abilitare l'acquisizione
delle informazioni per la generazione di un file di log allo scopo di
diagnostica.
Fare click sull'opzione "Download log file" per scaricare il file log
nel proprio PC.
3) Show call log/Shows records of registrations: questa opzione
consente la visualizzazione della lista delle chiamate recenti o il
risultato del processo di registrazione.
4) Shows VoIP records: questa opzione consente di aprire una
nuova finestra del browser dove sono visualizzate le informazioni
relative al protocollo SIP.
5) Time server: questo campo consente di specificare l'indirizzo
del server temporale NTP per la sincronizzazione dell'orologio
interno. Questa funzione è particolarmente importante nel caso in
cui sia attivato il passaggio automatico dalla modalità "Day" alla
modalità "Night" e per la corretta memorizzazione dei dati relativi ai
file di log.
- Nel caso in cui non si conosca l'indirizzo di un server NTP valido,
inserire in questo campo il carattere * ed il sistema troverà
automaticamente l'indirizzo di un server valido.
- Affinché il collegamento al server NTP funzioni correttamente è
necessario che tutti i parametri della finestra "Network settings"
siano correttamente configurati.
- Ricordarsi di selezionare anche la propria fascia di fuso orario
nella casella di selezione a lato affinché l'ora venga aggiornata
correttamente.
6) Syslog server: a scopo diagnostico in questo casello è possibile
specificare l'indirizzo di un server di rete nel quale sia in
esecuzione un'applicazione di memorizzazione di eventi.
7) Firmware upgrade:
l'aggiornamento del firmware interno della pulsantiera. La
pulsantiera riconoscerà automaticamente il tipo di file di
aggiornamento a seconda che si tratti di un file per il modulo VoIP,
modulo base o semplicemente un'interfaccia grafica.

2.6.12 Service
The Admin Services window showed above allows to set some
programming for advanced product's management.
1) The first row shows the current firmware version installed into
the VoIP module and the UDV module.
The button "Start enhanced log" allows to enable the information
storage to make a log file for diagnostic.
Click on the option "Download log file" to download the log file on
the PC.
3) Show call log/Shows record of registrations: this option
allows to check the list of recent calls or the result of the SIP
registration process.
4) Shows VoIP records: this button allows to open a new
browser's window to show the detailed information related to the
SIP protocol.
5) Time server: this field allows to set the NTP server address for
the internal clock synchronization. This feature is mandatory in
case of automatic Day to Night shift and for correct storage of the
data on the log file.
- In case the NTP time server is unknown, input here the character
* in this field so that the door station will check automatically a
suitable NTP server address.
- The NTP synchronization works only if all the parameters on the
window "Network settings" are correctly set.
- Select the right time zone on the selection box so that the current
time will be updated correctly.
6) Sys log server: in this box it is possible to set a server address
where an event storage application is running, for diagnostic
purpose.
7) Firmware upgrade: use this box to upgrade the door station's
internal firmware. The door station will automatically recognise the
file type according to its header (for VoIP module, base module or
graphic interface).
