Auxiliary Handle

• Set the auxiliary handle in the main handle housing (A).
• Insert the screw in the handle and housing orifice (B).
• Adjust the auxiliary handle into the desired angle (C).
• Tighten the knob (D) to block the handle position.
Cutting Line Spool
• Turn off and disconnect the string trimmer.
• Set the cutter head upwards (E). Remove the spool
retention cap (F) turning counterclockwise and pulling
upward.
• Remove the empty spool (G). Make sure it is clean and has
no damaged or worn parts.
• Cut a 118" line. Make a loop in the middle of the line and
insert the loop in the spool inner hook (H). Hold the line and
spin clockwise. Make sure each line tip spins in its respective
section. (upper and lower). Do not spin too much line. After
spinning, the line shall be at a 0,2" minimum distance
between the spool edge and the spun line.
• Leave approximately 6" loose in both sides of the line and
insert in the spool's cover notches ( I ) so that the line will not
get loose while you install the spool in the string trimmer.
Later on, you will need to release the tips of the line from the
notches.
• Place the spool back in the cutter head passing the tips of
each line through the orifices in the spool retention cap (J). If
in this step, the line is loose or is tangled, spin it again in the
spool and secure it in the notches.
CAUTION
• Pull tightly and outwards both tips of the
cutting line to release it out of the spool notches.
• When installing a new spool release the lines' tips out of
their notches and unroll approximately 6" out of both lines to
secure them back in their notches before setting the spool
into its cover.
